SALUDOS DESDE ...........SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!

EN EL PARQUE ECOLOGICO DE SURCO
Buenas tardes amigos and family!

The big news this week was I had cambios to...San Juan de Miraflores and Im in the area of Armonia.

First of all let me say how greatful I am for the opportunity I had last cambio to train. I think it really tried my strength and faith, but helped me grow as a missionary and as a person in general aswell.  I now have the great opporutnity to work with Hermana Turley in Armonia, San Juan.  SHe is a very hard worker and I am eager to learn from her dilligence and experience. She fininishes this transfer and its crazy cause im here first gringa (well half) companion. We get alot of weird looks in the street because were both lighter skined and taller than everyone, but hey it makes it easier to contact because everyone is eager to talk with las norte americanas.

Anyways I was able to learn alot in my time in Bolognesi. To be completly honest, when I left Ayacucho I never thought I would like any part of Lima, but Bolognesi proved me wrong. The members are the best and I have learned to love so many people there. I will truly miss alot of them. The happiest news though I recieved as I was saying goodbye to all the members was that our family of recent converts, Familia Marcos is getting sealed on the 31st of March!! I am beyond happy to know that very, very soon they will be an eternal family.

Anyways excited to work hard!

Febrero means HOT in Lima :

CARGANDO LADRILLOS
AYUDANDO A LA FAMILIA GRANADOS
Buenos Dias Familia and Friends,

This week went by very quickly and very smoothly. I was able to get to know my companion a little bit better and we were both able to support and help each other improve in different aspects of missionary life. We were also able to go out and search, search, search. Which we were able to see many miracles and blessings. In particular one night, when all our backup plans we decided to look for a less active brother that a member had given us the refferal of. We finally found the house, and while there was no doorbell, we had to yell abit to see if Alonso was home. Out of one of the windows popped the head of a woman in her late 30s who told us that he wasnt home. We started asking her her name and contacting here and found out that her mother lived in the US and was a member. We came back 2 days later and taught her, Sara and her son! They were both very interested in the book of mormon, and they are both so kind and receptive. Now we just have to find Saras husband, who wasnt home that time. We wont stop till we get this cute little family to the temple!

Anyways we were also able to have a bitter sweet moment this Sunday, when we were able to see Hno Luis, the brother we helped reactivate a little over a month ago, recieve a calling! Also he also got up and bore his testimony! Its little moments like that when I can really see how the gospel can cause great changes of hearts.
This I had a funny experience, carrying bricks for 2 hours. We went to a members home to lend service and my companion and I made an assembly line. It reminded me of old factories in the U.S. So then I proceeded to explain all the history of the Industrial revolution and factory work reform history of the US to my companion, who was surprisingly very interested. But the funniest thing was that there were some people outside fixing a fridge and they came in and sat down and listen to my historical schpele. Haha it was actually great.
Well that was the week in a nuttshell. Working hard in the heat and relying on the spirit in every moment.
SALUDOS! HERMANA MOSTERT

SALUDOS!!!!!!

HERMANAS LINARES Y MOSTERT  EN EL TEMPLO EN LIMA.

Hola familia and friends!

Sorry to make this brief, but the internet were at is pretty bad and the connection has been slow...

But anyways this was a crazy week. To put in simple terms it was hot! We had to drink alot of water because we were getting pounded by the sun. My companion had a few health problems becuase of it which made our proslyiting week a bit shorter. BUt all is well now! and we are both working hard in the vineyard of the lord!

This weeek we had the great opportunity to go to the temple. It is such a blessing to have the temple near. The experience has helped me see the importance of making the temp´le the center of my objective as a missionary.

Anyways, sorry mom for the short letter.
